Phoenix Challenge: DAY 5

Today’s response to the challenge is coming a bit late (past midnight) because I was on the phone to a friend for longer than expected. I have to answer what topic sucks me into “an internet rabbit hole”. The answer to that would be this whole red-pill/blue-pill palaver which I only knew of just over a year ago.

Since turning 25 last year, it has made me think deeper about life. With that comes understanding what my priorities are in life. I am not getting any younger. And as a woman, regardless of what modern society may say, we don’t have the luxury of time like men.

We have the opportunity to choose but we know we can’t have it all. Career, marriage/long-term relationship, children. Having all three at the same time would heavily depend on the type of career the woman has and the type of partner she has.

Listening and reading to people’s red-pill thoughts allows me to figure what is a priority in my life and whether I am happy with the path I am on and if not how I can redirect myself.

Out of all the ‘communities’ on the internet right now, it’s probably one of the most unpopular. I think it’s probably because the ‘truth hurts’ and it fucking does. But I’d rather be told it than be sold a lie.
